Bethany
I’m Bethany, a real estate photographer with over 13 years of experience capturing homes and the stories they tell.
I’ve always loved houses — their designs, their details, and the feeling each one gives when you walk through the door. I’m a true homebody at heart, so photographing homes feels natural to me.
My journey started young. I bought my first home at 20 and began working in real estate soon after, as a sales assistant to the principal. After 7 years in the industry, I saw an opportunity to combine my creativity with my real estate experience. I didn’t yet know how to use a camera, but with my earlier background in arts and fashion design, I knew I could learn. It turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made.
The business grew quickly. My husband, Jason, was working as a boilermaker at the time but soon joined me, learning photography along the way. Today, Jason handles most of our daytime shoots, floorplans, and drone work, while I manage the office, coordinate with clients, and personally handle most of our twilight shoots, along with our commercial shoots which cover Airbnb’s, builders & interior shoots.
We keep our team intentionally small — usually just us and one or two trusted contractors — so we can offer the kind of service only a small business can: personable, friendly, and reliable.
For me, this work is more than photography — it’s about helping people present their homes in the best light and sharing the beauty of the spaces we live in.

Jason
Jason spent 16 years working as a boilermaker before swapping his hammer and welder for a camera. When our photography business began to grow, he made the leap to join full time — learning on the job alongside Bethany and quickly developing a talent for capturing homes at their best.
These days, Jason handles most of our daytime shoots, floorplans, and drone photography. His practical background and attention to detail make him a natural fit for the precision and creativity that real estate photography demands.
Outside of work, Jason’s true passion is sailing. He’s been a proud member of the Port Bouvard Yacht Club for over 16 years and currently serves on the committee as Vice Commodore. When he’s not on the water, you’ll often find him on the squash court or tending to his many aquariums.
