The photo shoot is timed around sunset with all interior and exterior lights on creating a unique mood. This option also works well for houses that have little natural daylight or feel dark during the day, shooting at twilight can make these properties feel more inviting.

Builders plans are too busy to use in marketing, our plans are eye catching, clear and easy to read. We can either redraw from your existing house plans, or we can attend to the property to measure and create a floorplan from scratch.

A cost effective alternative to traditional staging. Virtual furniture is digitally added to the photos which helps buyers visualize the space. It’s true that furniture can help make a property feel better. Most cost effective when the house we are photographing is already empty. We can digitally remove existing furniture then add in new furniture for an extra charge.
